If you shop on-line at Amazon, please designate our school as your charity through Amazon Smile and we will receive a percentage of your purchase. https://smile.amazon.com/ch/23-1501185
We are offering an opportunity to meet with your child(ren)’s teachers on Thursday, 10/24 and Friday morning, 10/25. Teachers have or will be sending a form or sign up link for you to request a time. Please be mindful of that conference time and be on time. Lateness on the part of one parent creates a domino effect for those parents who are scheduled after you. If you feel that your concerns would necessitate a longer period of time, please make arrangements with the teacher for a different day unless she can accommodate that in her schedule. If you need to schedule an appointment with teachers of Spanish, Music, Computer, Art, or Library, please e-mail them and set up an appointment.
Visitation BVM School was recognized as a School of Distinction by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Schools – AOPS. We received Recognition for Exceeding Academic Potential because our obtained test scores (determined by the the Terra Nova achievement tests) are greater than our anticipated scores (determined by the ability testing).
Please help our Technology Fundraising efforts by pledging in support of our student Walk-a-thon for Technology (to be held November 8, 2019). Donations this year are being handled through independent.pledgebrite.org/fund/visiwalk Thank you for your help & support!
Congratulations to our 8th Graders, who graduated from Visitation BVM School on Wednesday, June 12. We wish them well as they begin their high school years.
