Thursday, March 16th will be a Student Council sponsored dress down day. Please see the attached flyer. This is a full dress down day and we ask you to follow our dress down guidelines as stated in our handbook on page 34. Student Handbook We often have questions about dress down days so we are sharing a few points. Parents/Guardians of older students, please review with your child(ren). Student attire should stand up to Visitation BVM School’s modesty and tastefulness standards.
It's Back!! Thank you to our Student Council for our third year of tournament style games. This will be a friendly competition between homerooms. This food drive, benefiting our neighbors at The Patrician Society and Martha’s Choice Marketplace, begins Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Students can begin bringing in food donations to their homerooms on Wednesday, 3/15 through Monday 4/3. Last year, Visitation BVM School collected close to 15,000 pantry items!! If you have extra reusable shopping bags, please send them along with your donations. The bags help with packing and transporting. Thank you for anything you are able to do to help our neighbors in need!
February 6, 2023 - Re-registration (Continuous Enrollment) and New Sibling Enrollment. February 13, 2023 - New student registration for parishioners will open. February 20, 2023 - Registration for the public will open. $100 per family non-refundable tuition deposit payable to Visitation BVM is due at the time of enrollment/re-enrollment. More information will be emailed to current families as well as families who submitted a new family application.

Please refer to the uniform policy stated in the Student Handbook (found on the Parent tab), beginning on page 30. 21-22 Also, please review the section that describes the acceptable hair styles: page 33. We have noticed that many students are in need of this reminder. Thank you. This is a good time to revisit the dress code policy and review it with your child(ren). After November 2, shorts will not be permitted with any uniform until we return to the Summer uniform on April 15. Thank you.
If you find one our library books at home, please be sure to drop them off in the school vestibule this summer so we can put them back where they belong.
Our re-enrollment and new sibling enrollment period will open on Tuesday, 2/8/22. Current families received an email with required steps to continue enrollment for the 2022/2023 academic year.

We are excited to announce that Operation Santa Claus is back! Our student council is sponsoring and coordinating this toy collection that will benefit the families of St. Patrick's Parish in Norristown.
Our data management system, Option C, is experiencing an system-wide outage this morning. We are unable to use the Parent Alert feature at this time. Parents will not be able to view grades and assignments until service is restored. We are confident that this will be remedied ASAP
Picture purchase is optional but all students will be photographed. Order envelopes came home on Monday, 10/11. Please send the completed envelope with payment OR the online receipt with your child on picture day. Students will hand it to the photographer at the time of the photo.
