Report student absenteeism and/or lateness before 8:00 AM at the following number:

We require an excuse letter upon your child’s return. This can be a parent/guardian note or a note from a medical office. If your child misses 3 days or more, they must return with a doctor’s note. Thank you.

School Hours:

Visitation BVM School’s regular school hours are 7:50 AM to 2:55 PM (Grades K-8).  Students are considered late if they are not at their desks in homeroom by 7:50 AM  (once prayers have started).

Pre-K - Half Day – 8:00 am – 11:30 am    Full Day – 8:00 am – 2:45 pm
