C.A.R.E.S. Fee Schedule

  • You will be expected to pay a monthly fee by the 15th of each month times nine months from September through May.
  • The Director is available to answer any questions regarding payment.
  • Please remember – when your child is registered for a specific number of days, you are required to pay for those days whether or not your child attends.
  • C.A.R.E.S.’ phone number for reporting students out sick and not attending C.A.R.E.S. is 610-539-6080, prompt 5.
  • There will be a $1.00 charge per minute for late pick-ups, payable in cash to the staff member who stays late.

  • There will be an early program (11:00 AM – 2:30 PM) if there is sufficient registration.
  • 4:30 Pick-Up - $20 off monthly fee
Below Is the fee schedule for the after-care of AM Pre-Kindergarten children. We have a two-days-a-week minimum.

Before School Program:
 
  • The Before School Program will run on normal school days from 6:45 - 7:45 AM.
  • The program will not be open when there is a two-hour delay
