Financial Aid

Needs-based financial aid may be available to families who qualify.  Financial Aid is awarded through the Business Leadership for Catholic Schools (BLOCS) charitable organization.  Anyone requesting financial paid must complete a financial aid application.  FACTS Management is handling the Archdiocese’s financial aid processing for next year.

Here is information for using FACTS Grant and Aid.

  • FACTS has provided Visitation with the following link where you may complete your application online.    https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
  • After completing your application, you will be provided options (mail, fax, or online upload) for submitting supporting tax documents (2017 tax return; FACTS will contact families who do not file a tax return to confirm what documents they need to provide).
  • There is a $30 application fee which will need to be paid at the time the application is submitted online.
  • DO NOT create a new FACTS account.  You will be able to use your current account (which is currently used to process the school’s tuition payments).  If you have not logged into FACTS please follow the link and SIGN IN.  Do not use the New User area.  If you have questions or problems with your FACTS account you can call 866-441-4637.

Important Dates:

  • November 1, 2017 – Application opens for 2018-19
  • December 31, 2017 – Priority Application deadline (Encourage all families to complete the application by this date)
  • March 15, 2018 –Application deadline
