Enrollment Process

Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten & Grades 1-8 

To attend Pre-School, a student must be four (4) years of age on or before September 1.

To attend Kindergarten, a student must be five (5) years of age on or before September 1.

Applications are accepted and reviewed before final registration is confirmed.  In order to be considered a participating parishioner for tuition purposes, the family must:

  • Be registered as members of Visitation BVM Parish and provide their envelope number.
  • Sustain financial support of the parish consistent with Tuition Agreement.

Any family not able to provide documentation for the above is welcome to enroll at Visitation BVM School as a non-Contributing/Out-of-Parish family.

If family is a member of another parish, a release from the pastor of their home parish is necessary before enrollment.

Visitation BVM Enrollment Process

  1. Print and complete a new student registration packet.  (Click here for packet)
  2. Collect mandatory paperwork (Click here for specifics)
  3. Make an appointment with our school office.
  4. Present completed paperwork, mandatory documentation and $100 non-refundable tuition deposit (Payable to Visitation BVM School).
  5. Register /If new, create account on the FACTS Tuition Management system (www.smartaidforparents.com). (do not make a new account if you already have one.)

Upon verification of the above, families will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging their child(ren)’s enrollment in Visitation BVM School.

No student whose family is registered in Visitation BVM Parish will be denied admission on the basis of color, race or nationality. It is understood that parents and guardians agree to cooperate and uphold the rules and regulations of the school.
