Welcome to Visitation BVM Elementary School

Attention Volunteers: If you took the Protecting God’s Children class prior to June 20, 2011 and have not completed the Technology Addendum Information class, it can be completed online by going to
http://childyouthprotection.org/index.php/staff-volunteers/required-training.
Once you have completed this short, online session, you will receive a certificate of completion which must be turned into the school office. Please note: No volunteer will be permitted to continue to work with our children unless all necessary clearances are complete. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

- Monday, May 27 - Memorial Day - No School
- Thursday, May 30 - Parish Patronal Feast Day & Procession - participants meet in gym at 6 PM (Family barbeque to follow)
- Friday, May 31 - End of Year Testing Begins for Grade 8
- Wednesday, June 5 - Kindergarten Closing Exercises (K1 - 9 AM, K2 - 1:00 PM), Gym
- Thursday, June 6 - Kindergarten Closing Exercises (K3 - 12:30 PM), Gym
- Friday, June 7 - First Friday Mass & Blessing of School Volunteers. Click here for RSVP form.
- Friday, June 7 - Pre-School Closing Exercises, TBA, Library
- Friday, June 7 - Early Dismissal, 12:30 PM - No bussing for Methacton SD students.
- Sunday, June 9 - Junior Varsity CYO Mass followed by Reception - 9 AM Mass (Up Ch, Gym)
- Monday, June 10 - Grades 6 & 7 ONLY report for school
- Monday, June 10 - Varsity CYO Reception -- off site
- Tuesday, June 11 - Grades 3 - 5 ONLY report for school
- Wednesday, June 12 - Grades 1 - 2 ONLY report for school
- Thursday, June 13 - Teacher Record Day - No School for Students
- Friday, June 14 - Last Day of School for students - Mass at 9 AM, Report card distribution & dismissal at 10:45 AM -- all school districts provide transportation.
